Training in Lougars GymThere is no way that I am going to complete this run without a significant amount of training.  My original plan was to maintain a steady level of fitness from around October last year, when i ran the Great South in a good time, coming in the first 500 competitors.  Unfortunately things went wrong.  I picked up a lot of work overseas, managed to get successive bouts of "man flu" and then broke a few ribs in South America.  However, I am now back on track and training hard.  To see what training I am doing click here.
