| Off to the Sinai for Warm Weather Training |

| Need to get some training done in the heat - so I have taken myself off to the Sinai Desert for a few days. It also gives me the opportunity to try running on desert sand, using the gaiters and poles etc. I will tell you all about it when I get back. |
